About Google Workspace

Google Workspace combines all of the familiar productivity and collaboration tools by Google and combines them in an all-in-one suite for universal access across teams. The list of apps comprise: Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, Google+, Drive, Sites, along with Google Docs, Sheets, Forms and Slides. Governance of these apps is provided by Google Admin Console and Google Vault.

Google Admin Console allows businesses to add users, manage devices and configure security settings for their data. Administrators can add and remove users, set up groups, and add verification steps and single sign on (SSO) all from a single console. This feature also includes mobile device management to facilitate BYOD and with the ability to implement security policies on iOS and Android devices. Google Vault allows users to archive, search and export on the company email and on-the-record chats for reporting and auditing.

    Pros

    Google Workspaceis a great platform. In the last year Google did a great work on integrating the platform better into recent Mac OS Systems.

    Cons

    The online UI could be better but it's a minor problem at all.

    Pros

    Easy of use, saas based application, light weight application, user friendly dashboard, spaces, chat, email options are very good. Gmeet is best in the world.

    Cons

    Expensive subscription. Google documents can be improved to have more features which we have in word, excel, powerpoint. There are frequent sync issues with Microsoft outlook

    Pros

    I've been using it since approx 2012. It was great then and it's a million times better now. I love the fact that 'all' of my biz productivity tools are all in one place, and all from one provider.

    Cons

    Bizarrely, my only criticsm of Google Workspace is the fact that it doesn't do more e.g.) CRM / Order Management / Payment gateways. So, no real negatives.

    Pros

    Mail management is very important for our organization and it's great.Webmail is very easy to use and it's fast.

    Cons

    Integration with Microsoft Outlook is fine, but it could be imporeved - it occasionally crashes GWSMO and you have to reinitialize the Outlook profile all over again.
