Search and history are good enough that we stopped keeping a shadow copy in a personal note. The recurring task that used to leak into evenings now finishes inside the workday. A smaller issue on top of that: A few admin screens feel unfinished compared with the main workflow, and that is where time still leaks. Google Workspace is what we open for the handoff between the person who does the work and the person who checks it, which is the only context that matters for this review.
