I wish it was setup like other screens, where you first select the client rather than all clients, which makes it slow and unstable. > > I do a wide range of IT at our company and know the processes of most departments. People come to me when they have IT issues and that includes issues with 3PL. There aren't a lot of issues that are due to the system, more training related. When we have issues that are system related, 3PL Support is always responsive and helpful.
