My experience with PayPal is very good so far. I see their wallet option available with sites that allows credit card payment. Sometimes, it's critical to enable users to pay on credit card to assess their credit line and understand returning customer.
Pros
1) The adoption of PayPal is global, I can use it internationally to send and receive money or gifts.
2) Easy checkout via wallet from websites (if logged in already, it's even easier).
3) They send you summary of your wallet, like bank statement, which helps me keep track of usage.
4) Good for small and new business to enable payments on social media pages also via quick pay link.
Cons
No cons as such, but if UPI was available in India, it would be cherry on top.
Like it's really competitive to have one.

Overall Paypal is a wonderful product that makes collecting payments, buying business supplies, and working on disputes a total breeze. However, getting a loan from them is like pulling a hen's teeth! Not even worth trying!
Pros
I like how easy it is to make my business purchases without having to go digging for a credit card or what have you.
Cons
They use Equifax to determine loan eligibility. For some reason, Equifax has us at a low credit score and won't show us why. So we are unable to get funding through Paypal due to this and have no clue why since our Experian credit score is nice and high! Makes zero sense!

PayPal worked well for a time and was easy to implement. The biggest reason we moved on from PayPal is because of the higher cost per transaction compared to its competitors.
Pros
We could make customized invoices so our customers could pay online. We could also type in payments that we received over the phone.
Cons
Our cost of each transaction was higher than other products. It takes longer to receive our money than some other products.

Using PayPal has been an overall highly positive experience with very few setbacks.

Pros
This service makes managing payments securely a breeze I can control in and outgoing payments without having to access my bank account directly, and keep my personal information private.
Cons
Payment fees are a necessary cost of doing business, but can cause considerable losses regrettably. Prompting to add extra donations to payments is also a grievance of mine.
