> **Pros**: The app has a lot of different functionalities to it, and make organizing your work very easy. You can send encrypted files over to anyone who needs, and it makes collaboration easy.

1. Making changes to a document saves a new version and leaves an audit trail, so you can see previous versions and who edited what
2. You can share external links to netdocuments files, which is very helpful
3. The organisation of documents is done very well. The folder structure is easy to read and navigate
4. The integrations with Microsoft products are done very well. It's completely seamless and integrates into my workflow perfectly

2. To my taste, the UI is a bit clunky in places and things can be hard to search for.

> Seamless efficiency improvements are what NetDocuments can achieve, if you work in a legal practice and need document storage and management. Also note that it works best integrated with Microsoft products in my opinion.
