I signed a letter of intent to purchase the service after signing I did a bit more research and found that the long term contract was iron clad and many people who used PB had billing issues so I sent an email less than 24 hours later stating I would not move forward with the service. That was almost 3 months ago. Now I receive DAILY automated emails with an invoice for a service I NEVER received access to use.
