Pros
I loved how easy the platform was for setting up and allowing fundraisers to easily register and fundraise.
Cons
I didn't like the tipping model, I think it confused a lot of our fundraisers and it made accounting difficult for our controller. I just can't ask our donors to pay 5.9% platform/cc processing fee so it was really our only option. I understand Pledge-it needs to make it's money somehow, but I was hoping it wouldn't be so "in-your-face" while donors are trying to check out.

Pledge It reps have been very hands on and attentive, checking in regularly and providing resources in between meetings to make sure we're on track. They have been quick to respond to any requests and have been proactive in collecting user feedback to keep strengthening the platform.
Pros
Our organization likes that this is a centralized point to collect, track, and share donations for our annual fundraising event.
Cons
Our least favorite feature is the lack of specific customization and administrative options when it comes to managing players/users, but we also understand that our uses for this platform are unique to our organization and this may not be an issue for other groups utilizing Pledge It.

As for features and favorites... Pledge It has been awesome to work with. The staff has been great and professional. They are proactive in reaching out to check in on campaigns and offer assistance on any level of the platform. The platform has been very easy to use and it is awesome that I can go in and make changes that are instantly updated on the platforms.
Pros
Pledge It is always taking feedback and making adjustments or additions to the platform regularly that continue to make it better. One of my favorite features is when we switched from using the tipping model and started using the "ask donors to cover the fees" feature. By switching to this a very large amount of our donors choose to cover the fees and this in turn saves SOKS money by not paying all the credit card and platform fees. It is a great feature.
Cons
The only con that I have experienced was the reports we ran. Originally the platform would show the "Tips" for pledge it under the same column with our fees. So it appeared as if we were paying large amounts in fees but that was not the case.

Pros
Pledge It is perfectly set up for Orange Effect Foundation to run their 100 Holes of Golf Marathon. We raised more this year than ever before, and much of that was do to the platform's ease of use.
