Users frustrated by the reminder emails they received (but they also weren't following the directions and could have entered the info and stopped receiving reminders...) > > Birdathon events have very specific requirements in a donation platform and not all peer-to-peer options allow you to do things like make a pledge per bird\! Our old platform went out of business very close to our event and Pledge It helped get us up and running with a user-friendly and great looking site with less than 2 weeks notice\! ----- ### "A great platform\!" — 5.0/5 > **Jake** | *18 April 2024* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Pledge It is always taking feedback and making adjustments or additions to the platform regularly that continue to make it better. One of my favorite features is when we switched from using the tipping model and started using the "ask donors to cover the fees" feature. By switching to this a very large amount of our donors choose to cover the fees and this in turn saves SOKS money by not paying all the credit card and platform fees. It is a great feature. > > **Cons**: The only con that I have experienced was the reports we ran. Originally the platform would show the "Tips" for pledge it under the same column with our fees. So it appeared as if we were paying large amounts in fees but that was not the case. > > As for features and favorites... Pledge It has been awesome to work with. The staff has been great and professional. They are proactive in reaching out to check in on campaigns and offer assistance on any level of the platform. The platform has been very easy to use and it is awesome that I can go in and make changes that are instantly updated on the platforms. ----- ### "central platform for fundraiser" — 5.0/5 > **Marina** | *3 June 2022* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: Our organization likes that this is a centralized point to collect, track, and share donations for our annual fundraising event. > > **Cons**: Our least favorite feature is the lack of specific customization and administrative options when it comes to managing players/users, but we also understand that our uses for this platform are unique to our organization and this may not be an issue for other groups utilizing Pledge It. > > Pledge It reps have been very hands on and attentive, checking in regularly and providing resources in between meetings to make sure we're on track. They have been quick to respond to any requests and have been proactive in collecting user feedback to keep strengthening the platform. ----- ### "Effective and easy to use fundraising tool\!" — 5.0/5 > **Gina** | *12 August 2024* | Individual & Family Services | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love working with \[sensitive content hidden\] our Customer Success Manager. She's always available to help us use the platform so we can raise the most funds possible. She's created tutorials and videos for our fundraisers, and is responsive to feedback. She's been really hands on, and it's been so helpful to get started and learn the ropes. > > **Cons**: I wish it could be more dynamic with visuals - adding photo slide shows, multiple photos of various sizes, etc. We also received feedback that our donors did not like the "tip model," and preferred covering regular platform fees. > > Great\! The website looks great, and is really easy to create. Our fundraisers had no issues creating their pages and starting their fundraising, and each campaign as been a success. ----- ### "\#1 fans of Pledge It\!" — 5.0/5 > **Glynis** | *6 July 2023* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Pledge It is so user-friendly and has a super fresh look. Every representative I've worked with is responsive, timely, and friendly. I love how easy it is to use and share. > > **Cons**: They fixed my only issue\! My only complaint was that they didn't have auction capability but they're adding it\! > > Pledge It is awesome. I will never go back to other platforms after using Pledge It, and I often tell others about it\! ----- Page: 1 / 5\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.ae/software/2057096/pledge-it?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.ae/software/2057096/pledge-it) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
