We have touchpoints globally. We want to know more about our customers and prospects so we can give them better products and experiences. This is called “unleashing the data” and has always been a challenge for us because data is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. So our engagement with Kanerika is about making data accessible to everyone who needs it in their role.

Our team’s main KPI is adoption. Given that, we measure success by seeing if our marketing and brokerage teams are using the product. At least 50% of our user base should be using the dashboard, that means the product is valuable to them and we’re already at 75%. In other words, we’ve already hit our adoption goal.

Apart from that, we have 74 offices globally and most of them have given us interesting comments about the product. One of them even called it a game-changer. Kanerika’s main deliverable was an analytics dashboard on Microsoft Power BI. They also coded some parts of the platform in .NET and other Microsoft-centric languages.

We’re still finalizing the project but it’s only the first phase of what we want to do. So we’re having internal discussions about extending our partnership with Kanerika. If that happens, their scope of work will be all the projects we will do going forward.

Pros

Kanerika’s project management is good. They don’t just do tasks, they over-deliver multiple times. We don’t use any project management tools. We use more structured notes and follow up closely. We put tasks in our SharePoint and Teams files. Then our teams follow up on these tasks in our recurring meetings and calls. We also use other Microsoft 360 tools when sharing documents, status updates and goals in our Zoom meetings. Kanerika is creative and technically sound. They've found flaws in our data and fixed them, which means they’re very proactive. In the end the product is great which is what we want to be the base of everything we do.

Cons

We didn’t do enough on the training part of the project. Our teams are helping other teams to learn the product. For that, we’ve tried doing a set of training videos. Based on this experience, we’ve noticed that Kanerika’s training competency can still improve.

Our experience has been really positive. before we used Flip, reports were scattered across spreadsheets and different tools, and we wasted time trying to match numbers. Now, thanks to their bi dashboards and data warehousing, we see real-time updates without delays. managers save hours every week, and I can make faster decisions with confidence. The value for money is clear because we cut down on manual reporting work and improved accuracy. The solution gave us better visibility, smoother operations, and a lot more trust in our data.

Pros

The dashboards are easy to use and well organized. the data management side is strong. It brings sales, projects, and costs into one clear view. i really liked that they didn’t just build generic reports but made it fit our needs. performance and speed are solid too, the dashboards load quick even with lots of data. their customer support team was also very responsive, always there when we needed help or small changes.

Cons

Nothing major, though there were just small tweaks here and there, but they were quick to adjust when we call their attention to it.

Pros

FLIP is very easy to use, and quite cost-effective when compared to similar tools on the market. A special mention goes to the customization features in the dashboard, which save me a lot of time.

Cons

I would like more AI features to be gradually built into the tool.

before them, we had no real data management. every franchise sent numbers in different ways, and it was messy. now everything is in one place with proper data warehousing, and performance and speed are way better. reports that took hours now run in minutes. i can see sales trends, compare locations, and plan inventory faster. that’s a big win for us.

Pros

for me it’s the ease of use. they built dashboards that even my non-tech folks can handle. customer support was solid too, quick to answer when we got stuck. feels like good value for money cause we’re actually using it every day, not just some fancy tool sitting there.

Cons

the data migration and setup felt slow at first. we had info all over, and cleaning it up into data warehousing took longer than i hoped. also had to redo a few reports to match what we wanted.
