
About eWay-CRM
eWay-CRM is a CRM plugin for Microsoft Outlook that helps companies manage their customers, contacts, sales, projects and marketing.
It also contains apps for iOS and Android so that people can work on the go. There is also a web interface for those who prefer working from home or on Mac.
eWay-CRM allows users to import their existing data on customers and business opportunities using a built-in template which can be filled with data and uploaded by dragging-and-dropping. Details of all customers, partners, suppliers, and competitors are stored in a single database, and can be organized into custom categories, sorted and filtered based on importance, potential, relationship type, size, location, or any custom fields. Full communication histories are stored, including emails, phone calls, meetings, invoices, and documents, and are carried across when projects are created from leads. Automated reminders are synchronized with Outlook tasks, and generated for overdue payments; customer birthdays; if a customer stops ordering; and more.
Through the marketing module in eWay-CRM, users can send out targeted email campaigns to potential customers, with email templates, wildcards for message personalization, and automatic feedback tracking. The deals module enables management of individual business cases using customizable workflows and automatic task generation. Deal sources can be tracked, and users can create quotes, plan meetings, and view a range of sales statistics. A variety of standard reports are built into eWay-CRM, and users can export reports as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF files.

My overall experience with setting up eWay-CRM for the client was highly favorable. The platform's installation and configuration were straightforward, and the wealth of customization options empowered me to adapt the platform to the client's unique requirements. Although certain advanced features might demand supplementary training or assistance, I believe eWay-CRM is an excellent option for any organization seeking a customizable and user-friendly CRM platform
Pros
Among the aspects I appreciated most when implementing eWay-CRM for a client was the seamless installation and configuration process. The platform's setup wizard proved to be user-friendly and intuitive, making the installation swift and hassle-free. Moreover, the integration with Microsoft Outlook facilitated the setup and customization of the client's email and calendar integration.Additionally, I found the extensive customization options offered by eWay-CRM to be truly commendable. The ability to adapt the platform to the distinct needs and workflows of the client was a significant advantage. Consequently, I managed to create tailor-made fields, views, and workflows that impeccably catered to the customer's specifications
Cons
In line with my experience utilizing the platform, I faced no substantial challenges or setbacks during the eWay-CRM setup for the client. Nonetheless, I observed that some of the more sophisticated customization options could be slightly intricate for non-technical users. As a result, it might necessitate some guidance or training to ensure these features are configured accurately and function as intended

Pros
It is getting better with every new update. It has been a great help so far, but some of the new features really helped me organize my project pipeline even more and properly analyze the data. With connected PowerBI, reporting is on another level.Also, as I got used to it, it does not take much of my time to do what I need. Some of the system shortcuts have been helpful, as well as different grid viewing options.Integration with Outlook is smooth.

I cannot thing of anything negative that would bother me.

So far everything is nice, it has many more features than basic CRM that everyone is offering as well as the customer support is very nice!
Pros
Customization of filled forms and ability to make form fields as needed.
Cons
There are some areas where it could be more flexible, for example some fields like type are build in. Other thing is that you cannot add "days left" field for deals or projects, but just for tasks.
