About Delivra
Delivra is a cloud-based email marketing platform that helps marketers deploy email campaigns, collect more leads and drive sales. Using this tool, marketers can create email campaigns for customers, track results of promotion campaigns and measure the return on investment.
Delivra provides both pre-defined as well as custom email templates that can be sent to potential customers based on their profile data. The tool can send automated thank you mails, birthday coupons and product promotion newsletters to select customer segments. Delivra's drag and drop editor helps with the creation of customized color schemes, hyperlinks, buttons, images, etc., and enables the design of emails that are optimized for viewing on mobile devices. The software also supports SMS text messaging options.
Delivra’s Commerce Email Marketing Package tracks purchase data, conversion rates and revenues and helps to classify customers based on their past purchases and buying behavior. The software notifies sales representatives when prospects request appointments and help to shorten the sales cycles and increaseclose rates. Delivra also lets marketers share the email content on Facebook and Twitter to help reach new audiences. Delivra provides weekly reports to track top-performing content, subject-line analysis and social shares on various channels.
Delivra integrates with third-party CRM and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NetSuite, Zoho CRM, Shopify, Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, Woo commerce and others. Delivra customers include American Teleservices Association and Andretti Autosport.

Pros
Delivra provides templates for periodic emails and newsletters suitable for many marketing campaigns.
The software enables users to deal with large volume campaigns.
Segmentation and software analysis help target the right audiences.
Delivra can be easily integrated into CRM software.
Cons
Lack of free trial is not appreciated by beginner users, as Delivra requires some training to figure it out.
The price could represent a limitation for start-up users and small companies.
There is a compatibility issue with outlook and low performance on mobile devices that require some attention.
In my opinion, reporting is sometimes annoying.

Drag and drop editor, can have multiple users working in the platform
Cons
Email click reports could be better and the new Air interface results in some formatting tics. We prefer to work in the Legacy interface.
